Parents and Guardians
LBBA provides Communication with parents on regular basis, once we have your contact and details registered with us.
Individual staff can be contacted electronically by parents, and subject tutors make themselves easily accessible to answer any concerns. In addition the Director Of Studies can also be consulted. Reports can be sent out end of term and range from feedback on homework, mock results, difficulties.
Procedures
Committee
The LBBA committee was set up as a formal Committee with authority and procedures to support LBBA and make continued improvements.
The Committee will support and provide guidance on all matters raised and the well being of the Academy to be considered at all times.
The Committee will include the Directors, Management and all invited lecturers and administration staff.
The Committee may have to share their expertise on courses that the college is accredited for but they may not be related to as well as courses they are related to.
The Committee meeting are scheduled four times a year, one at the start of the term and one at the end of the term.
Student representatives are invited to the Committee meetings.
